Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Divisional Overview:
Global Markets Technology builds and maintains software solutions used by Global Markets Front and Middle office businesses. The business is spread across EMEA, US, Japan, AEJ, and emerging Markets like India, Brazil, and China. It deals in wide range of products including FX, Rates, Credit, Securitized Products, Equities, Futures & Options, FI/EQ Derivatives, and Prime Services including financing.
Business Overview:
FIC (Fixed Income and Currencies) EOD team develops the core EOD batches capability supporting the global trading platforms and EOD risk management systems for all of the Fixed Income and Currency desks and official Books and Records and Risk Management systems. The candidate will work in a very collaborative global team of 9 (across Mumbai/Shanghai/New York) to deliver strategic change, enhancements, as well as support and maintain this critical system. The team is front office focussed but has stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Operations, Regulatory, etc. Due to the core nature of the system, is often central to large firm-wide initiatives.
