Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.

• The engineering function is responsible for engineering all aspects of core services infrastructure components. 
• The candidate must be highly self-motivated team player with good oral and written skills and confidence to present to management.
• The candidate should also have a good sense of discipline for change control procedures.
• A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global engineering team

Skills & Experience Required:

• Demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a global team, and on their own when required.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Enthusiastic, eager and personable.
• Ability to cope well under pressure.

Essentails:

• Subject-matter expert knowledge of Active Directory related technologies (i.e., Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory enterprise design principles etc.)
• Subject-matter expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra and related technologies with Enterprise-scale technical experience engineering
• Subject-matter expert knowledge of Active Directory and Entra Security
• Experience of deploy Microsoft Authenticator for both on premise and cloud solutions.

Desirables:

• Subject-matter expert knowledge of Windows Server technologies.
• Experience of designing and deploying PowerShell security controls within an enterprise environment as well as developing automation and scripting (Powershell) to drive efficiencies.
• Experience of engineering Tiered Admin Models for AD environments
