Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.
• This is a Support Analyst role within the Wholesale Production Services team providing support to the
Sales , Investment Banking, Research and Securitized Products & ABS businesses and maintaining our in-house
developed as-well-as vendor hosted/delivered application solutions.
• Responsibilities include and are not limited to L1 & L2 Production Services Support for allocated projects
in Wholesale Production Services including batch support, application support, user support, incident
management, change management and automation initiatives as well as any initiatives that are introduced for
improving Operational Stability, efficiency , maintainability and support capabilities
Technical Skills:
- Must Have : UNIX , SQL (both advanced level)
- Good To Have : Python, RPA Tools, ITIL Certifications, AWS Certifications
