Role description:  

a. Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program or portfolio in conjunction with the

CMT values and principles 

b. Provide oversight of highly skilled project resources and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables. 

c. Apply well developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledge in the execution of assignments 

d. Establish right framework, governance and metrics to manage the programs effectively 

e. Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members

f. Independently manage medium to large projects through the lifecycle and use BA tools proficiently (business requirement documents, functional specification documents, data matrix, Work Flow Diagrams etc.) 

g. Run test management processes for medium to large scale projects (Test Strategy/Approach documentation, managing User Acceptance Testing, building test plans and test scenarios, building implementation plans.) 

h. Assist our stakeholder Businesses with their tactical/ strategic solution requirements, services and/ or program. 

i. Must have the ability to structure and implement robust Governance and Communication framework for projects 

j. Prepare project reports, steering committee packs, maintain RAID log, RACI and such project artefacts 

k. Be a mentor to the team and constantly evaluate opportunities of learning/upskilling and lead/coach the team to fulfill any gaps. 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

a. Experience in Finance change projects related to Liquidity, Financial Reporting (GAAP/IFRS) or Regulatory Capital as a business analyst and/or a project manager 

b. Experience in managing Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require co-ordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners 

c. Expect sound understanding of standard financial products like Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, Equity. 

d. Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and have an understanding of deliverables required for each methodology 

 e. Attention to detail and high quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment 

f. Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio. Knowledge of PowerBI and Alteryx would be preferred.  

g. Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using their own initiative and with the drive to see projects through to completion

h. Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skill
