We act as market makers, trading in fixed income and equity securities, including currencies, interest rates and credit in cash, derivatives and structured products. Business Overview:

 

Global Markets (GM) Powai team is an extension of regional Global Markets (Front Office) teams supporting Rates, FX, Credit, Equities Securitized Products and International Wealth Management (IWM) businesses. The division in Powai provides support for a range of activities like structuring, research, quantitative modelling, sales and trading support, pricing and balancing, product development, business management and strategy. Powai is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business

Team: Sales Analytics

The team works with the Private Bank Sales team based out of Singapore primarily. The team is involved in providing pricing support and post trade execution capabilities. This involves executing the firm’s state-of-the-art pricing and risk management infrastructure used to trade structured and flow products. Role involves interacting with other functions such as Trading, Structuring ,Legal & Compliance and Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide pricing support across all relevant structured products for Singapore-based sales team
  • Preparing termsheet documentation for trades
  • Handling trade booking and product life cycle using legacy infrastructure setups
  • Facilitate information flow with internal partners like Trading, Structuring, L&C and Operations
  • Prepare client presentation decks
  • Participate in automation initiatives and platform build out
