Program Overview:
Nomura Powai is pleased to launch “RE-IGNITE 6.0 - Transforming Careers for Women” program.
The objective of this program is to attract, evaluate and provide opportunities to a talented pool of female professionals, who are currently on a career break and are aspiring to get back to the corporate world.
The program offerings include a 3months’ assignment to a select pool of experienced women professionals. The program will culminate with the final project presentations and a possible offer of staff roles basis fitment and availability.
Guidelines:
- Relevant experience of 5 years
- Minimum career break of 2 years
