Job Role & Responsibilities:

The selected person would be a part of IWM IT BU, managing Data and AI teams with focus on building a Data platform and designing and developing AI solutions for the IWM business. The roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Data Platform
- Build a Data Platform that acts as a store for both Structured and Unstructured data in IWM
- Understand the scope of the Data platform and build an efficient way to ingest data that avoids redundancy.
- Integrate with a Data Virtualization layer such as Denodo or Dremio to provide client access to Data Catalogue, Ability to create views/ join relevant data, expose the data to Power BI dashboard.
- Write APIs to provide consumers / Applications access to data on demand.
- Build stream set to support Real time data needs.
- Build UI to track the status of data load, SLA breaches, availability of data for critical processes, source of data etc.
AI Solutions
- Design and develop production-ready AI applications using Python and LLM frameworks
- Implement and optimize RAG systems to enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources
- Build complex reasoning chains and agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Create and maintain vector databases for efficient information retrieval
- Develop custom tools and functions to extend LLM capabilities
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products
- Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technologies and implementation strategies
- Document code, architectures, and processes for knowledge sharing
- Partner with stakeholders for testing and implementation of the deliverables.

Job Requirements/Experience:

- University bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or banking.
- At least 12+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Technology space.
- Hands on experience of working on a data platform and preferably involved in a Big Data migration project
- Familiarity with one of the Data Technologies – MS SQL, Mongo DB, Snowflake, MinIO, Hadoop etc.
- Good understanding of Data Governance Principles.
- Has implementation experience in medium to large scale projects.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work and organize with sense of urgency under multiple deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize under stress.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to different technologies.
