Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Sharp/ Strong leadership and team management capabilities – as the role will have significant interaction with senior management on IT and business side
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams – this will be a critical factor to the success of this role
- Experience presenting to senior management and business leaders
- Manage UAT processes with trading teams and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives
- Lead incident reviews and implement preventive measures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
- Experience with front-to-back testing across trading, risk management, and settlement systems
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, API testing tools, etc.)
- Understanding of investment banking business processes and systems architecture
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and continuous integration
