Role & Responsibilities:

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in software testing
• Proven track record managing testing for large-scale programs in investment banking or financial services
• Experience with front-to-back testing across trading, risk management, and settlement systems
• Good Know-How of  implementing test automation solutions

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, API testing tools, etc.)
• Understanding of investment banking business processes and systems architecture
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and continuous integration
• Experience working with test management tools such as JIRA/Zephyr

Leadership & Communication

• Sharp/ Strong leadership and team management capabilities – as the role will have significant interaction with senior management on IT and business side
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across multiple teams – this will be a critical factor to the success of this role
• Experience presenting to senior management and business leaders

Management Reporting & Governance

• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing dashboards and KPI metrics for senior management
• Create executive-level status reports highlighting program progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Establish testing governance frameworks with clear escalation procedures and decision points
• Provide regular steering committee updates on testing progress, defect trends, and release readiness
• Design and implement quality scorecards and testing maturity assessments
• Prepare detailed post-implementation reviews and lessons learned documentation
• Manage testing budget reporting and resource utilization metrics
• Create standardized reporting templates for consistent communication across programs

Mandatory Skill Set :
