Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.
Project Leadership: Manage all phases of PAM projects from initiation to closure, ensuring
timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with quality standards.
▪ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security,
compliance, and system administrators, to gather requirements and establish project goals.
▪ Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of PAM solutions, including policy
creation for privileged account usage, session management, and audit logging.
▪ Risk Assessment: Evaluate current PAM practices and identify weaknesses or potential
risks, proposing actionable plans to mitigate these risks effectively.
▪ Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status
reports, risk registers, and user guides for PAM policies and procedures.
▪ Training and Development: Design and coordinate training programs for staff on PAM best
practices, tools, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless adoption of PAM
solutions.
▪ Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PAM initiatives
and report regularly on project progress, challenges, and achievements to key stakeholders.
▪ Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
related to PAM, recommending enhancements to existing practices and tools.
