Business Unit Overview:

Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within firm and its effective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk; and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow for managing the direction of deliveries.

Mind Set:

•           Design and develop new credit risk measurement tools and extend the existing ones.

•           Liaise with the credit risk analytics and risk management teams for queries related to different aspects of risk computation.

•           Participate in architecture and design reviews and champion developmental best practices.

•           Implement solutions for regulatory projects with tight deadlines.

•           Investigate, analyse and explain the simulation and pricing models across wide variety of instruments and products for credit risk.

•           Support the existing systems and timely resolution of production issues.•

Roles & Responsibilities:

•           Work experience as developer with 5-10 years of experience.

•           Extensive hands on experience on C++, STL, Data structures, GDB and Visual Studio.

•           Hands on experience on GRPC and Protobuf.

•           Good OOP knowledge.

•           Hands on experience on Unix and Python.

•           Understanding of various OTC instruments and pricing models would be an added advantage.

•           Hands on experience on AWS would be desirable.

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
