Job Description:-Business Analyst (Lead/Principal)

1. Index Data domain
2. Market data domain knowledge is preferred.
3. Proficient BA skills including requirements gathering/stakeholder engagement/UAT participation.
4. Good knowledge of SQL and basic Python preferred. Strong Excel skills.
5. Already working as a BA. (Ops or commercial background not preferred)
6. Project management skills.
7. Data vendor engagement to challenge and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

1. Act as Domain owner and Primary BA for index platform:-Index Master
   1. Lead Consumer requirements and change requests discussions with consumers
   2. Vendor liaisoning and tracking vendor changes (IHS Markit)  
   3. Assist in understanding usage and commercial obligations

2. Contribute to the Market data domain
   1. Impact analysis of vendor notifications
   2. Performs Proof of concept for vendor on boarding/off boarding
   3. Data analysis/comparison and data quality

3. Consumer engagement for new requirements/Queries/UAT’s etc.
4. Work closely with Dev/QA/PS and provide them with domain depth.
5. Work on adhoc projects across WDOT space.
