Divisional Overview:
The Operations division provides the support and control infrastructure that enables the Firm to develop and deliver financial products throughout the world. Working with the Sales, Trading and Information Technology Divisions, Operations professionals are responsible for the management and execution of transactions in a manner which maximizes profitability and minimizes risk. Our division is responsible for the management and execution of millions of securities transactions on a daily basis. Our responsibilities include trade processing, confirmation, settlement, fails management, margin, asset servicing, risk management, reference data management and various other client services. In partnership with sales, trading, prime services, information technology and other teams from across the bank, we apply a continual focus on improving productivity and efficiency, while seeking new and innovative ways to support our clients' changing needs.
Business Overview:
Strategic, Analytics, and Business Re-engineering (SABRE) aims to align our capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions that create tangible value for the business. The Business Analysis and Transformation Service within SABER focuses on driving small and large transformation objectives from ideation to delivery for Operations acting in as Business Analyst, Project Managers and Program managers.

Qualification Graduate / MBA
Role & Responsibilities:
- Project manage business and technology transformation programs
- Manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee project planning, execution, and risk management
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Drive benefits realization and continuous improvement
Mandatory Skill Set
- Experience in settlement, corporate actions processes
- Experience using Gloss
- Experience supporting system migrations
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
- 1-2 years’ project management experience
- Expert MS Office
- Good understanding of JIRA
- Good understanding of Confluence
Desired Skill Set :
- Project management experience
- Project management certification
- Business analysis certifications
- Experience in developing Alteryx workflows and Power Bi dashboards is an added advantage
