AI & Analytics Team, part of SABRE group in OPS manages the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions and artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization to drive data-driven decision making and business transformation. The team specializes in building machine learning models, implementing AI frameworks including agentic and generative AI systems, and delivering end-to-end data engineering solutions. Team members are expected to possess strong technical expertise in Python, data science methodologies, and modern AI frameworks, combined with robust business analysis capabilities to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. The team also focuses on people management and project management to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Additionally, the team provides solutioning expertise to design and implement comprehensive analytics platforms and dashboards that support senior management decision-making processes.

Job Description:

 

  • Lead and mentor junior team members while coordinating with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to support business decision-making processes across multiple departments
  • Design and implement end-to-end data engineering pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into analytics platforms
  • Build and maintain AI frameworks including agentic AI systems and generative AI applications to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable analytical solutions
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation initiatives
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization tools using modern analytics platforms to support executive reporting and strategic planning
  • Apply advanced data science methodologies including statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms using Python and related libraries
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources while ensuring adherence to data governance standards and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Lead and mentor junior team members while coordinating with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
