Business Unit Overview The Data Services Technology team in India is an integral part of the Global team spread across all regions. We work through a combination or full ownership and team extension models to deliver these technology solutions to the Wholesale business globally. It is a globally distributed team that is responsible for development and maintenance of systems that manage instrument, market and trade data for the entire organization including front office, middle office, back office, risk, finance and various AI based analytics systems. Role description: ▪ Asset set ups and Maintenance for Wealth Management business in a third party application called Avaloq ▪ Pro-actively manage and action Stale reports and price reports to update the system ▪ Co-ordination with vendor/ Issuer / Fund houses for getting the NAV & price updates periodically and subsequently updating it in Avaloq. ▪ Identifying the reasons for manual processing and providing suggestions to have an STP/automation process ▪ Proactive data checks to sport issues / error in data setup. ▪ Working on high volumes of Data within the team. ▪ Ability to co-ordinate / follow up with multiple teams as part of BAU. ▪ To work and coordinate within team for delivering the task on hand. ▪ To grasp and understand applications and their navigation quickly ▪ Timely escalation as appropriate for any issues / risks. Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: ▪ Good understanding of Wealth Management products such as Structured products, accumulator, decumulator, Equity Linked Note, OTC Options, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Swaps, Interest Rate Futures, baskets etc. ▪ Experience with Bloomberg and Funds houses ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▪ Exceptional attention to detail ▪ Strong MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) skills ▪ Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
