Experience

3-8 years in Automaton and Analytics

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Computers/Electronics or equivalent

IT Qualification

Python, RPA (UiPath), Powe BI

 

The candidate must have a strong background in Automation related development using Python or RPA tool preferable UiPath and passion for re imagine/ design. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and developing highly interactive dashboards, automating manual task and reports for various lines of business

There is a position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development

  

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python and UiPath
  • Fair exposure on Machine Learning - NLP, LLM & Generative AI
  • Production Support for current automation inventory as an FTE member of the team
  • Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

 

 

 

Technical

  • 3-8 years’ total experience in Automation and analytics in general
  • Experience in working with python and UiPath
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
  • Use Python for advanced data analysis and predictive modelling
  • Knowledge of AI and Analytics will be beneficial

Essential

  • Strong communication skills and analytics

  • Able to perform under pressure.
