Overview:
Corporate Production Services (CPS) Service Management team currently caters to the following ITSM areas for Nomura Global Corporate and wholesale technology: - Change Management, Incident management, Problem management, Configuration management, Capacity management, MIS. The Geographical coverage for each of these areas varies from Asia, India, EU and even Global.

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
Role – Configuration manager, SPOC for Service management
Responsibilities
- Understand the Nomura Configuration management policy
- Work with team members in India and global stakeholders to implement the Configuration management policy via tools available (ServiceNow)
- Provide regular status to Senior Developers / Managers.
- Preparing MIS and reports
- Maintain Data quality and integrity of CMDB
- Prepare and maintain documentations related to CMDB
- Perform UAT of releases in ServiceNow
- Flexibility to cover Asia and/or EMEA shift
- Flexibility to work under other Service Management areas such as Problem /Incident /Change
- Knowledge of CSDM will be a value add
