Role & Responsibilities:

As a Snowpark Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining our innovative snowpark management platform. Leveraging your expertise in Java and Snowpark, you will collaborate with cross-functional team including Operations team to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Snowpark applications using Java programming language.
Collaborate with project management team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop well-defined software modules.
Implement scalable and robust backend services to support snowpark management functionalities.
Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through continuous integration and testing.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of Snowpark applications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Snowpark development.

Roles:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in Snowpark Java development and Snowflake database.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with Snowpark framework.
Knowledge of backend technologies such as Spring boot, hibernate or similar.
Familiar with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiar about Unix scripting and Jenkins CI/CD.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive demeanor.
Knowledge on Autosys will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
