Domain Expertise
o Demonstrated experience implementing Saviynt IAM solutions
o Strong domain knowledge in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
o Expertise in integrating identity services with enterprise applications
o Proficiency in workflow design and implementation, from basic to complex approval
processes
o Advanced knowledge of role-based access control within Saviynt
o Experience of delegating workflow management to ServiceNow
• Integration & Development
o Design and implement integration solutions between identity services and Nomura
applications (Inhouse + SaaS)
o
Develop and maintain integration frameworks based on business requirements
o
Create and optimize workflows for access management and approval processes
o
Configure role definitions and implement role-based access control

Business Analysis & Requirements
o
Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather IGA requirements
o
Develop detailed use cases and process definitions
o
Perform comprehensive analysis for:

Identity entitlements

Role definitions

Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies

Privileged account management

Project Management & Risk
o
Identify and mitigate risks related to application and account onboarding
o
Track integration progress and maintain project timelines
o
Coordinate with cross-functional IGA teams for status updates
o
Provide comprehensive reporting on onboarding status across all IGA technologies

Stakeholder Management
o
Partner with IGA Technology Leader on new requirements and solutions
o
Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders
o
Coordinate with other IGA technology teams
o
Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders & management
3) Technical Skills:

Identity & Access Management
o
Strong foundation in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and principles via Saviynt EIC Platform
o
Certified Saviynt expertise:

L100 certification completion required

L200 certification completion required
o
Understanding of access management frameworks and security protocols

Development & Integration
o
Experience with enterprise system integrations
o
Proficiency in API development and implementation:

4) Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in identity and access management, with a specific focus on Saviynt IGA platform implementation.
