Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a dynamic Associate to join our CTO Services Governance team at our Powai, Mumbai office. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across our global infrastructure services through comprehensive governance oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with distributed teams across Japan, India, EMEA, and Americas to drive service management maturity and operational efficiency.

 

As an Associate in CTO Services Governance, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving key service management processes while ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify trends, drive process improvements, and effectively communicate with senior leadership across multiple time zones.

 

Required Experience & Skills

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management
  • Proven track record in ITSM process implementation and governance
  • Experience working in global, distributed team environments
  • Background in financial services or regulated industry environments (preferred)

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
    • Change, incident, and problem management processes
  • Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and event management tools
  • Understanding of access management and security governance principles

 

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal English proficiency
  • Advanced presentation and reporting capabilities with ability to create executive-level dashboards
  • Strong assertiveness - ability to influence and drive accountability with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Cultural sensitivity for working with global teams

 

Availability:

  • Flexible to work in 3 shifts covering 7 AM to 11 PM IST to support global operations
