Key Responsibilities & Position Specifications for vendor management:

Vendor Onboarding & Management:

  • Onboard new vendors into the vendor management framework tool
  • Execute and complete all Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) tasks within established timelines
  • Creation of Statement of Work and Letter of Engagement

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate with business units to understand vendor requirements and expectations
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure compliance and performance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to resolve VRM-related issues and close outstanding tasks

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and maintain quarterly dashboards to track vendor performance metrics
  • Monitor key performance indicators and vendor compliance status
  • Provide regular reporting on vendor management activities and outcomes

  • Data analysis and dashboard creation on ad hoc basis need by Senior Management /Global HR CAO

This role appears to be operationally focused, requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining systematic vendor management processes.

 

Key Responsibilities for Payroll Reconciliation:

  • Interface Operations: Run pre-interface reports, identify missing mandatory data, and resolve validation errors
  • Exception Handling: Review SF-CP exception reports, manage duplicate data, and prepare manual correction templates
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct monthly SF vs CP data reconciliation and support pre-payroll report reviews
  • Process Coordination: Collaborate with regional payroll teams on data changes, provide accurate inputs, and ensure compliance with cutoff deadlines
