Position Specifications:

  • Managing costs (i.e invoicing processing and “actuals” oversight/tracking)
  • Dashboards adhoc basis need by Senior Management /Global HR CAO
  • Global Projects /Strong Analytical skills
  • Vendor management ( raising PO’s , co-ordinating with Accounts Payable , new vendor setups )
  • Co-orinating with Finance to ensure Vendors are paid on timely basis / tracking payment status /receipting on the Finance system etc
  • Audits , Contract Renewals , HR Cost tracking
