Role & Responsibilities:
- On boarding / Off-boarding activities & data management for entire employee life cycle in the Success Factors HRMS system and manage service requests in Service Now.
- Manage Leave Administration process for employees and generate standard leave report based upon SH requirement.
- Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and third party
- Generation of Confirmation letters.
- Generation of Offer/ Exit/Lifecycle letters.
- Reporting and presentation of findings of the reconciliation exercise to stakeholder.
- Benefits Tier 1 queries
- Support preparing standardized reports, and fulfil ad-hoc requests if any.
