Divisional Overview:
Global Markets Division in Powai, the front-office team, delivers pricing, modelling and risk management expertise to the Global Markets business. Founded as a center of excellence, the group leads the way in price discovery and portfolio optimization techniques and is integral to the business’ aggressive revenue targets. The team is playing an integral role in structuring, pricing, risk management and new idea generation. Global Markets Division comprises of the following teams: Structuring, Quantitative Investment Strategies, IWM, Securitized Products, BRM trading and GM Front Office Risk
Business Overview:
Nomura’s Securitized products team provides clients with a range of service including flow trading liquidity, financing, bespoke solutions, in-depth market analysis, and unrivalled analytics. The team in Mumbai works with counterpart teams in Asia, EMEA and US. The team assists in identifying and valuing bond-specific opportunities in the Securitization market. The Mumbai team also prepares reports/presentations on the various macroeconomic and regulatory themes that impact the market thereby providing an evolution of the desk’s views regarding the same.
We are looking for a Structurer to join Nomura’s AeJ Warehouse Financing Team that is part of Global Markets Securitized Products and Private Credit. The responsibilities will include analytics for new issue securitizations as well as certain warehouse lending activities. The Banking Team financing solutions for specialty finance companies and investment funds that originate or acquire real property and residential mortgages and consumer loans and to finance those assets through direct borrowing and securitization in the capital markets. Nomura’s Securitized Products and Private Credit business has a leading market presence and works closely with our Securitized Products sales and trading teams. The Analyst will be an integral part of the team and will support the team in Singapore/Hong Kong structuring and analytics including working with the deal team, clients, investors, rating agencies, accountants, transaction attorneys.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyse ABS collateral and deal structures and, where necessary, model cash-flows
- Assist in pre-trade analysis, deal execution and transaction monitoring
- Collaborate with sales, trading, and technology teams to enhance existing processes
- Help trading and sales desks in client presentations and market research initiatives
- Maintain various databases, pricing tools and deal models tracking deal performance, issuance, and market/macro trends; Design queries to analyse loan- and deal-level performance.
- Self-starter and ability to multi-task under pressure and meet various deadlines. Strong team player and a quick learner
