Divisional Overview:

The Corporate finance team performs global and seamless Finance operations including trading and product control, Group financial reporting and disclosure, management information and reporting for decision support, planning and development of financial strategy including funding policies and financial analysis, funding and cash management, tax planning and reporting, investor relations management, and much more.

COO Overview:

Finance COO main role is to add value to the Finance Division towards Planning & Budgeting, Governance & Control and People Development.

This function is also responsible for driving the CFO Strategic agenda.

• Business support for Finance organization
• People Strategy and Talent Development
• Cost and Headcount Planning & Management
• Finance Governance & Oversight

• Support and facilitation of ‘CFO book of work’
• Finance strategy planning / execution support
• Sr. mgmt. request response / execution support
• Support Finance Standardization & Globalization
• Drive People and Talent development
• Annual budget coordination & creation for India Finance Function
• Global Finance Budget Consolidation and
• KRI / KPI management for India Finance
• Monthly / Quarterly Governance Dashboards / Meetings with Regional Finance Management
• Actual Cost monthly cost tracking & forecasting
• HC management / tracking
• SoW’s  / Transition Documents for process transition
• Driving Finance Global COO calls

Mandatory Skill Set :

• Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate ideas concisely and clearly with Senior Stakeholders
• Experience in handling Budget and MI
• Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams / regional stakeholders
• Understand and translate requirements to various stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Inquisitive mind set with ability to challenge the status-quo
