Divisional Overview:
The Corporate Finance team performs global and seamless finance operations including trading and product control, Group financial reporting and disclosure, management information and reporting for decision support, planning and development of financial strategy including funding policies and financial analysis, funding and cash management, tax planning and reporting, investor relations management, and much more.
Business Overview:
Finance COO main role is to add value to the Finance Division towards Planning & Budgeting, Governance & Control and People Development.
This function is also responsible for driving the CFO Strategic agenda.

- CFO Advisory including Finance Strategy Planning and Execution Support
- Business support for Finance organization
- People Strategy and Talent Development
- Cost and Headcount Planning & Management

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline. - 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-wide learning programs and stakeholder engagement. - Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills. - Experience working with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
