Divisional Overview:

The Corporate finance team performs global and seamless Finance operations including trading and product control, Group financial reporting and disclosure, management information and reporting for decision support, planning and development of financial strategy including funding policies and financial analysis, funding and cash management, tax planning and reporting, investor relations management, and much more.

COO Overview:

Finance COO main role is to add value to the Finance Division towards Planning & Budgeting, Governance & Control and People Development.

This function is also responsible for driving the CFO Strategic agenda.

Key areas covered in the COO Function are

• CFO Advisory including Finance Strategy Planning and Execution Support
• Business support for Finance organization
• People Strategy and Talent Development
• Cost and Headcount Planning & Management
• Finance Governance & Oversight

Position Specifications:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Logistical and Admin support for trainings (Domain/HR etc.) as rolled out by Finance Training Team (COO).
• Facilitate recording and attendance of Global Training Sessions, by liaison with the Training Faculty and Application Support Teams.
• Maintenance and ownership of the Global Finance Training Dashboard to assist in timely KRI/KPI to be published to Management.
• Proactively manage conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones, liaising with assistants from multiple teams across the firm.
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Organize team meetings / conferences and coordinate logistics, attendees, materials and communication.
• SPOC for receiving & circulating internal communication emails.
• Maintaining & tracking resource movement of new joiners and leavers.
