Divisional Overview:
MIS ICD was established as a dedicated global team focus on supporting and maintaining the global MI infrastructure, implementing controls to ensure data integrity, and enhancing the MI reporting capabilities for actual, budget and forecast (Essbase platforms, integration of regional MI platforms into Global MI platforms, Global MI Projects coordination and implementation).
Business Unit Overview
- Advise MI/CMA management on Global MI systems initiatives and partner with IT to develop sustainable, flexible and scalable MI solutions
- Collaborate with the regions and divisions MI teams to establish global standards and improve MI data quality
- Try our best to improve efficiency and effectiveness in MI production efforts, while maintaining a strict control environment.
