Job/Group Overview:

There is a Analyst position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python or Alteryx and work independently on assignments given.
Production Support for current automation inventory as a member of the team
Understanding of Business Process Automation.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
Inclined to pick up new technology skills in automation space or generative AI space.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Turn around requirements in a quick and timely fashion and be comfortable with the fast paced and evolving tech ecosystem.
Knowledge of Power BI, RPA and VBA will be plus.

Technical

3-6 years’ total experience in Automation and analytics in general
Experience in working Analytics with Alteryx/Python and
Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Use Python/Alteryx for data analysis
knowledge of Excel/Macro or RPA(UIPath) and will be added advantage.

Essential

Self-Starter and able to self-manage
Able to perform under pressure.
Ability to drive to succeed and go beyond the extra mile
Other programming experience
Financial services industry experience
Ability to prepare accurate reports for all levels of staff in a language and tone appropriate to the audience.

General knowledge/skills: Databases, Excel, PowerPoint
