Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.

Mandatory: -
•    Required 3-5 years of strong development experience in Core Java, Spring boot framework. 
•    Experience / knowledge in developing REST based architecture style services 
•    Expertise knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, functions & stored procedures.
•    Comfortable on Linux/Unix platform
Desired: -
•    Experience in C# , WPF
•    Experience in working with Investment Bank.
•    
Roles & Responsibilities: -
•    Should be able to independently work on development task in collaboration with business & other teams.
•    Able to propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems.
•    Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical stake holders locally and globally.
•    For status update, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc.
•    Deliver high quality change within the deadlines.
•    Understand and follow organizational, team level processes and best practices.
•    Excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills.
