Divisional Overview:

The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) International provides project management and business analysis support across Nomura’s Wholesale Banking functions. It is a cross regional and divisional transformation team delivering programs related to new regulations, implementing new infrastructure, business expansion, product roll outs and introducing banking controls.

 

Business Overview:

The CTO International Change Portfolio Management drives standardization of program reporting, governance and controls across CTO and Technology/Functions led programs. Portfolio Management also oversees the tooling ecosystem for change, seeking to improve visibility of change and automate reporting functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

 

 
 

 

  • Define and maintain common program governance and reporting standards for implementation across Technology & Change
  • Support annual and ad-hoc training related to the common standards
  • Maintain a Scorecard to track adherence to the common standards
  • Conduct delivery control deep dive reviews into individual programs and recommend changes
  • Review and assess Execution Risk for smaller programs to determine if delivery control reviews are required
  • Support the development of auditable document repositories for Program Managers to post their common standards artifacts
