Divisional Overview:
The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) International provides project management and business analysis support across Nomura’s Wholesale Banking functions. It is a cross regional and divisional transformation team delivering programs related to new regulations, implementing new infrastructure, business expansion, product roll outs and introducing banking controls.
Business Overview:
The CTO International Change Portfolio Management drives standardization of program reporting, governance and controls across CTO and Technology/Functions led programs. Portfolio Management also oversees the tooling ecosystem for change, seeking to improve visibility of change and automate reporting functions.

Minimum 5+ years in Project / Portfolio Management, Audit or equivalent control functions in a global Consulting firm or Investment Banking context.
Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment. Excellent communication, and organization skills along with experience in conflict management/ issue resolution. |
