Division Overview:

 

Global Markets Division: Based in Mumbai, the front-office team which works on a team extension model delivers pricing, modelling and risk management expertise to the Global Markets business. Founded as a centre of excellence, the group leads the way in price discovery and portfolio optimization techniques and is integral to the business’ aggressive revenue targets. The team is playing an integral role in structuring, pricing, risk management and new idea generation.

 

 

 

Business Overview:

 

The Equity Front Office Trade Support team works closely with the Equity Trading team dealing with listed and OTC products. The team reports to CAO team to monitor trading desk activities while assisting in life cycle events and liaise with support units. Team member would cover trade booking for Equity Finance and Equity Derivatives desks. It is a fast-paced environment on trading floor and the team would build analytical tools and streamline process with a goal to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Role & Responsibilities:

 

 
 

 

    • Primarily responsible for trade booking covering the Equity Finance trading desk in HK, across all AEJ markets, for listed and OTC products. 
    • Secondary responsibility as trading desk support covering a range of daily tasks, including brokerage analysis, PNL flash, and reconciliation.
    • Liaison with product control and middle office on handling issues around trade bookings
    • Project management for the desk’s infrastructure developments.
    • Work closely with clients, trading counterparties and brokers to ensure trades are booked accurately and on time, following booking rules for our various booking entities.
