Global Wholesale Technology focuses on facilitating business growth by building and supporting a scalable global front to back infrastructure, whilst continuing to control operational risks and costs.
Role overview
This role will involve an experienced Salesforce developer joining the Investment Banking Technology (IBT) team to take responsibility for developing automation features that conform to best practices. This role will involve working closely with the Salesforce Lead Developer.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Substantial experience in Salesforce Lightning (particularly in Financial Institutions)
- Strong and hands-on experience implementing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with APEX (Controllers, Triggers, Batches, Queues, Future) / HTML / JavaScript / CSS
- Solid experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, RESTful services
- Strong skills in Programming, Reports, Dashboard, Workflows, Process Builders and Flows
- Experience with database including SQL, SOQL and SOSL
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices (Version Control, CICD tools, Salesforce DX etc.)
- Salesforce Certified Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer 2, Sales Cloud – Architects certifications are a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce Test classes
- Big picture commercial thinking, strong written and verbal communication
- Preferable Knowledge of Tableau CRM
- Preferable Financial Institutions background
