Department Overview

The Learning Experience (LX) team is responsible for all aspects of Learning design, delivery and program management. Partnering closely with the Talent Management team, the LX team designs training and development interventions based on divisional business needs and delivers those interventions through classroom facilitation, online training and vendor partnerships. The team also partners closely with HR colleagues across EMEA, Learning and Talent colleagues in other regions, and cross-regional clients.

 

Overview:

The Learning Experience team members are responsible for the design and delivery of all learning deliverables, as well as learning program management across a variety of core curriculum courses. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded, highly collaborative individual to build their skills in program design and delivery, while being given sole accountability to program manage cross-divisional, cross-geographic core curriculum training. Whilst supporting the EMEA region, this role will work closely with peers in the global LX team and have the opportunity to interact with regional business stakeholders to fine tune their learning needs and co-design interventions alongside their Talent Management team colleagues. The role requires an individual who has a passion for getting involved in the day to day running of the learning curriculum and is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced industry, managing multiple pieces of work with competing deadlines and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and colleagues.

Key objectives critical to success:

  • Partner with Talent Management Leads to address Learning needs and design interventions focused on supporting tailored business strategies
  • Commercial mindset and collaborative style in order to form partnerships with the HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders to execute impactful learning design and delivery
  • Creative and innovative idea generation; embracing new approaches to engage learners and build capabilities
  • Design, develop and facilitate learning programs
  • Lead the Global Graduate Programs for Global Markets and Investment Banking divisions, partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a seamless learning experience for our graduate class
  • Collaborate with other members in LX team to create and executive strategies for junior talent development
  • Source and manage vendors, working closely with the Talent coordinator and Talent Shared Services team on program execution.

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with experience in Learning & Development/Talent Management/HR
  • Some experience in learning design and content creation
  • Experience in and passion for facilitation and delivery of learning interventions, in person and online
  • Strong project and learning program management skills
  • Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Results-oriented and take a "hands-on" approach within team dynamic
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with SuccessFactors a plus
