Key objectives critical to success:

This opportunity is for an Associate/VP level hire into the FX Options trading desk. The role will focus on analysing trades and risks, developing strategies, market-making and risk management.

 

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the concepts of Quantitative Finance and derivatives pricing / modelling
  • Ability to communicate effectively as dealing with different stakeholders (i.e. Structuring, Sales, Quant Research and IT) is a major aspect of the role
  • Independent thinker
  • Strong analytical skills required, programming / spread sheet writing ability helpful
  • Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure/fast paced environment
  • Self-starter
  • Proven ability to learn and understand new concepts
  • Willingness to go the extra-mile when required
