Function Overview:
Senior member of the Investment Product and Solution team to promote and communicate Nomura’s WMD product offerings to Relationship Managers and Clients
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bespoke multi-asset structured solutions for client’s investment and hedging needs
- Meet clients with front office to better understand client needs and provide advisory services
- Collaborate with front office coverage and Lead discussions directly with tagged clients – providing market updates, appropriate trade ideas and advisory services
- Responsible for all order taking for tagged clients including transmitting orders for execution, booking of trades ensuring appropriate disclosures are made as per policy requirements
- Drive the implementation of new cross asset products from conception to launch by collaborating with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional coverage and product heads to enhance the overall product and platform capabilities for coverage team and clients
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in related roles
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Track-record of structuring and presenting lending cases to internal stakeholders in relevant markets in Private Banking / Wealth Management space.
- Awareness of legal and regulatory environment in key markets, as highlighted above, and how these affect structuring of lending transactions in difference markets.
- Well versed in legal structures used in key markets for obligors.
- Good interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a diversified client base.
