Role description:
The role is an analyst position in Nomura MENA Global Markets Solution Sales team in DIFC.

Being able to support the senior Solution sales in their day-to-day job, ranging from execution of trades to on-boarding new clients, creating pitchbooks and marketing new trade ideas

Show versatility and adaptability to cover a diversified range of clients, ranging from Sovereign Wealth Funds, Financial Institutions, Asset managers, Corporates and Hedge Funds

Assist senior sales in mapping the Solutions business, specifically the structured products proprietary and distribution business, the structured financing business, and the QIS business.

You will work closely with trading, structuring and various sales teams to generate and market new trades and product ideas and solutions to Nomura’s client base
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
-
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Strong interest in financial markets
-
Some prior knowledge of either structured credit products or equity linked products
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in communicating with international teams

Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure

Fluency in English
