Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke multi-asset structured solutions for investment and hedging purposes.
  • Drive product and payoff implementation, working with key stakeholders within and outside Nomura to deliver solutions to IWM clients.
  • Design and implement a quantitative framework to develop portfolio analytics capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with control functions and partners across compliance, legal, audit, operations, risk etc.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external counterparties and vendors with an aim to develop Nomura into a competition solutions provider in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client advisory, global markets structuring and/or portfolio analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets.     
  • Good market knowledge to know what competitors are offering.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of control and compliance function.
