Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing VP to join our Regional CEO Office. This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of a fast-paced environment, collaborating directly with Business COOs, Strategy Team and Corporate functions including HR, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Risk, Technology and Corporate Communication. You will be instrumental in both strategic deliverables and day-to-day business management, with regular engagement across Asia ex-Japan functions and leadership.
This position offers unique exposure to senior leadership and requires a highly adaptable professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and uncompromised level of integrity, who is able to maintain discretion while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop executive presentations, analysis and speaking points: Develop impactful presentations and speaking points for the NAPH CEO to deliver in key executive meetings, board or committee meetings, regulatory engagements and external appointments, working in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Management support for key executive meetings / onsites: Organize CEO and CAO leadership meetings and offsites, including event management, meeting agendas, coordination with key stakeholders, note taking and tracking follow-up actions
• Establish regional performance monitoring and reporting: Set up and manage performance monitoring of key KPIs and deliverables, analyze measurable outcomes, and integrate performance data into strategic leadership communications and regular management updates / reporting.
• Regional CEO communications and engagement strategy: Support execution of the CEO communication strategy, ensuring cohesive narratives and smooth management of all key headline events. Coordinate events, support town halls, draft announcements and other written messages, develop CEO speaking points, and develop creative communication strategies to enhance engagement and information flow across the organization, partnering closely with Corporate Communications.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with Senior Relationship Management team to prepare NAPH CEO for client meetings, help coordinate necessary follow-ups, plan for high priority conferences and events, and support client outreach
• Executive Office Support: Provide any additional adhoc support on the day to day management of the CEO / CAO office
Requirements:
• COO/Business Management, Project Management and/or consultancy experience in financial services organization with at least 10 years of professional experience
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with strategic mindset and capacity to anticipate needs
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success communicating effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive communications, presentation development, and messaging
• Proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong integrity with sound judgment and high level of discretion when handling sensitive information
• Strategic thinker with collaborative, can-do attitude and desire to be a helpful partner to stakeholders
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
