Role Description

One Bank Solutions (“OBS”) is product platform offering International Wealth Management clients a broad spectrum of financing and non-financing solutions, integrating with Global Markets and Investment Banking. It is designed for high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional clients who meet certain criteria including, without limitation, financial and sophistication qualifications. Through OBS, clients benefit from strategic access to tailored solutions globally including bespoke private credit facilities, capital markets as well as access to advisory services and alternative investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Working with coverage teams in IWM and traders in Global Markets to provide various financing solutions to Corporates, Private Equity, U/HNWI and sponsors.
  • Serve as a product specialist for Corporate and private credit, margin loans, NAV financing, subscription financing, private share financing and collar financing. Provide tailored structured financing solutions to clients collaborating with Global Markets.
  • Prepare equity, credit and technical analysis of companies, structure complex financing transactions and coordinate deal approvals teaming with global markets and risk management teams.
  • Analyze financials, assess risks prior to engaging clients, coverage and trading teams on deal structuring.
  • Contribute to streamlining deal execution and structuring process, pipeline management and initiatives to enhance one bank solutions teaming with other divisions. Participate in enhancing product offerings and processes within the team
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements such as MNPI, conflict management, cross border guidelines etc. to support risk assessments related to one bank solutions.
  • Develop analytical tools and reports to help and monitor data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in private banking, or investment banking, corporate banking or wealth management
  • Prior credit experience in senior/mezz financing, corporate loans, margin loans/Equity financing and/or NAV financing and/or Asian Private Credit, preferably in a client facing role.
  • Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods (listed and unlisted pvt shares).
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with ability to engage confidently with senior global stakeholders and multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Python/VBA, PowerPoint presentations and data analysis with experience in using BI tools like Power BI / Tableau /  Salesforce etc.
  • Fluency in speaking and writing in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus
