The Asia Customer Service Centre (CSC) team is our customer-facing team, bridging technology and the business, spanning across India, Australia and its main hub, Hong Kong.

Role description:
At Instinet, we put our clients and users of our execution trading platform first. The financial industry is always changing and we need Trading Support Analysts who are passionate about tackling technology and workflow problems that lead to the best customer experience. 

As keen problem-solvers and a desire to learn how trading happens behind the scenes, CSC is for people who like digging into the details and talking to different teams, and making things happen smoothly. 

At Instinet, we continuously evolve our execution trading platform with the aim to deliver an unparalleled user experience and trading platform performance. As a Trading System Analyst at Instinet, you could be working on any number of products and projects on the core trading platform. Our goal is to match your abilities and interests within the team where you will grow and have the most impact. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Investigate and resolve issues methodically with a sense of urgency and a high-level of professionalism
•    Applying your understanding of financial markets and technology to build real solutions 
•    Stay current with financial and technological trends, regulations and best practices
•    Work collaboratively with regional and global teams as and when needed
•    Monitoring the health of the Instinet core trading platform
•    Hands-on deployment of trading applications preparation, execution and verification
•    Generate reports on system performance and upon business requirements
•    A focus on efficiency and sustainable support that can scale

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

•    Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance or business-related discipline
•    Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a Trade Support role or equivalent
•    Working FIX knowledge 
•    Ability to communicate with technology and business users. English is preferred. 
•    Solid understanding of cash equities market, software and trading lifecycles
