Job Summary

Role Description / Areas of Responsibility
Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver related technical presentations, proposals, proofs of concepts, and statements of work.
- Act as a product expert during client meetings, demonstrations, and RFP processes
- Articulate and document detailed client requirements
- Identify and translate challenges of required needs against the technology offering
- Build a strong relationship with prospective clients and decision makers during pre-sales process.
Implementation
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Outline and execute necessary implementation and project plans necessary for the delivery of the proposed solution to the client, setting timelines and KPI’s.
- Collaborate with product and development teams around the execution of implementation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during all implementation phases
- Customize product setup and configurations to align with client workflows and required needs
- Author documentation regarding product setup and support for newly onboarded clients
- Monitor implementation success metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and reporting to manement
Skills & Qualifications:
Skills
- Experienced in Financial Technology services with BuySide EMS/OMS or Sellside OMS services
- Knowledge of capital markets, execution services, and regulatory needs
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Jira
- Strong communicator who can interpret requirements accurately and coordinate effectively internally to deliver solutions
- Creative and willing to investigate avenues to solve complex or interlaced problems
- Able to stay calm under pressure and articulate time sensitive information clearly and concisely
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, implementations, or consulting in FinTech solutions
- Strong understanding of financial products, APIs, and SaaS solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of working independently to produce exceptional results
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Project management, or related experience is a plus
