Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the Americas COO and Business Head of the Americas in developing and executing regional operational strategies and ensuring global alignment
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making
- Help develop business and investment rationales for new initiatives
Financial Management and Analysis:
- Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization
- Partner with analytics and data teams to design business profitability frameworks and implement KPIs
- Synthesize financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership decision-making
Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Supervise business processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure ongoing optimization
- Develop new frameworks, workflows, and process solutions to address business challenges
- Propose innovative solutions to address business challenges
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, improve productivity, and ensure buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategic insight and efficient resource allocation
- Assist in project management for cross-functional initiatives
Governance and Reporting:
- Implement appropriate business oversight and governance for key initiatives
- Prepare and present reports for senior management
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures
- Help manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Proven track record in operational strategy development, process improvement, and project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
