We are looking for an experienced candidate to join as a senior member of our growing ETS team, working with key stakeholders across the global franchise as we continue to build upon our award winning platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Electronic Trading client coverage spanning the APAC markets, keeping clients up to date on Algorithm, Routing and FIX developments and enhancements
2. Interact with Algorithm development, Quant Strategy and Execution Consulting members to analyse, discuss and refine Algos parameters and optimization of electronic execution for clients
3. Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of clients across the Asia Pac market place
4. Work alongside the business, management, and other sales and trading teams in order to maximize revenue generation and penetration in client wallets across execution channels
5. Monitor and analyze client trading activities and volumes, working to achieve the specific objectives pertaining to client coverage and market share ambitions
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Financial Services industry in Electronic Equity Sales / Sales Trading / Trading / Product
2. Minimum 7 years of working knowledge of Electronic Trading products and equity trading with a proven track record of top tier clients and projects
3. Candidate must have quantitative / algorithm working background and fully understand ET workflows.
4. An understanding of SBL / ET relationship
5. Proven communication and presentation skills, working with international teams
6. Keen attention to detail
7. Understands financial regulatory environment
8. Minimum a Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
